Are there any 27.2 mm seat posts at least 250 mm long with a bolt to secure the tilt adjustment separate from the bolt(s) to secure the fore/aft adjustment?

On my Centurion Ironman I replaced the 200mm Shimano Dura Ace SP-7400 seat post that does have a separate bolt for the tilt with a 250mm Cinelli Via Folli seat post that has only a single bolt to secure both fore/aft and tilt. The Cinelli seat post is beyond awkward to adjust. Even worse, several times the saddle has moved after I thought I had tightened the bolt.
