Absolutely not, I would not worry about it. If your making it at home with good ingredients (see fresh) and are not eating an entire cake a night it wont be a problem. You will start running into problems when you omit all these things from your diet and then 'crash' and splurge over a short time. Like the saying goes, "everything in moderation including moderationg", treat yourself to a couple cookies here, a small piece of pie there. Just make sure you use the best quality ingredients you can-
