I always find those traditional cycling caps to be too small, so I wear a regular baseball-type cap, size XL. Usually worn backwards so the brim doesn't block my view.

I'm not sure of a better solution.... Probably my own fault because my head is big and square. I always joke that the best-fitting bike helmet for me probably best resembles one of those plastic milk crates.
