As far as I have been able to determine, The 29X series Signatures are Taiwan imports built to a price point depending on component level. See price sheets below.

Thanks for these catalogs and prices. The shop I worked in during the 80s sold Ross bikes. We sold few--very few--of the Tom Kellog signature bikes. They were (and are) terrific bikes.
