I meant to post this 12 days ago, but this is close enough now that I'm officially "50+"

Please tell us your age.
50
1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?.
Fuji SST 3.0, Motobecane Record (fixie), Schwinn Crosscut (set up for touring with moustache bars), Gravity HD29 SX, Nashbar Cyclocross/Commuter
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
I take a myriad of supplements from DoTerra as well as Vitamin D, B12, B, Biotin, Tumeric
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
None
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
I have consistently biked since I was about 5, when I learned how to ride a 2 wheeler without training wheels. I commuted by bike in college, and have commuted to/from work off and on for the past 20 years.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
I spend a LOT of time on my indoor trainer, as the heat sometimes gets too much (I have MS). I love touring and bikepacking, but those trips are limited these days.
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Since September of this year, I have averaged 60 miles a week, and that's more like 100/week in the past 4 months. I try to ride for about an hour every day.
