You saw right through it! I had the frame re-chromed because of the rust on the right chain stay, but during the process it turned out that there was a lot more rust under the chrome than one could see. I dinīt see the frame then because I was not there. The rust got removed (so I am told), and we decided over the telephone to re-chrome it anyway.
