I believe it is Italian. But who would, for example, make these "fish mouth" dropouts? I donīt see them so often. Was there a frame builder in Italy in 1982 who made frames with such dropouts?
Maybe the same builders that collaborated with Vicini. That was my original thought when I saw the stays and fork blades...then the scalloped tops of the seat stays, honestly.
