Hope this taint the wrong place to ask but it is definitely saddle and bike geometry related.

I tend get have neck issues which craning up can lead to vertigo like symptoms. So I just had my stem replaced by one that is now about an inch to two inches higher. I immediately noticed that my butt is reacting more to my new position. More pressure a bit forward of the sitting bones. What might you suggest doing with the saddle to counter this? Raising/lowering is easy - just loosen the seat tube clamp and done. BUT any attempt to change the forward/backward or slant always leads to more extreme movements due to the saddle clamp coming real loose and everything shifts at once. So I only reluctantly try those changes.
