Campagnolo 10 Ultra right shifter not upshifting from bottom cog
The shifter is a replacement that hasn't many miles. During my last ride the paddle stopped ratcheting from the bottom cog most of the time. Oddly it caught a few times and would then shift normally through the other gears. Thanks for any ideas about what parts could be broken.
