Really looking forward to see how this turns out. I bought a 1954 Champion du monde last year (made a thread on
here) with the intention of restoring it but haven't done any progress since. Sadly, mine has been sort of badly repainted. The components are pretty mixed up too. Would love to follow your progress, might inspire me. Just learned from you that the R on the dropout meant Reynolds!
