This red bike though? That's aluminum tubing. Columbus had aluminum tubing too, but I dont know why Specialized would use Columbus branded aluminum tubing over the generic tubing they used for so many other bikes.

The red bike looks like an Allez Pro from '07ish, but those didn't have 'Specialized' on the top tube and bottom tube. 'Allez Pro' was on the top tube.

Maybe the Columbus sticker was just added by an owner?
I live in Montreal. There are hundreds of Marinoni aluminum bikes around here built with Columbus aluminum tubesets. There have been a lot of bike builders who used Columbus aluminum tubing to build lightweight bike over the years. The OP's bike has carbon fiber seatstays which were probably made by Columbus
