No longer take long rides but in the old days... Rinse off the salt with the hose out side, strip off the spandex, then a double of Bourbon neat on the lawn chair with a big glass of iced orange juice for an air out. After a few then inside for a shower and food...
Now days I roll back up the driveway I just left about an hour ago knowing it doesn't count as a real ride. Then to the shower hoping my breathing and heart rate will slow down soon...
