I've used my '88 LeTour as a test platform for various drive trains including an SR OvalTech Triple, a Shimano round triple, and various doubles. The frame fits me and is comfortable to ride on rough rural roads, so I keep playing around with different combinations. Currently it is wearing Shimano tri-color 600.
