I'm retired and I was riding 6-7 days a week. Around 25-32 during the week and longer rides or group rides on Sat-Sun. My daughter just graduated nursing school and started work and her and my cheating idiot son in law (they have four little kids) just separated and he moved out. She works 12 hour shifts and I'm the full time babysitter. Today will be my 4th day in a row babysitting for 13 hours. This is starting to suck
