The Tempest are definietely a higher level the the Vista.... and lighter than the Zonda... but I guess my question comes down to performance of the Zonda Hubs vs Tempest Hubs, the sevicability (repairability) of either wheel, comfort of the ride and overall strength of rims.
They are both Semi Aero about 30mm.
I'm afraid that with the Zonda's, some of the price might have gone into the name and transportation from italy, wereas I thing the Vista are American built.
