Torque Specs and Service Manuals

In a nutshell, I'm new to working on bikes but have been doing it fairly often as I've been riding fairly often and I like to take care of my bikes. I have a Giant Contend and a Giant Revolt Advanced 3. I do not see any "service manuals" for these bikes online when I search. Is this a thing in the bike world? Mostly, I'm just looking for the torque specs for the various fasteners to prevent from over-tightening or under-tightening. Where can I find these? Do the bike manufacturers not provide them? On some bikes, I've seen "Nm" written on the frame/components itself, but mine do not have this.

Thanks.
