It seems a ratio of vt1/2 to VO2max can be indicative of aerobic fitness, or lack thereof. And an untrained individual might be able to pull a good VO2 max value due to higher recruitment of muscles that trained individuals do not do. From reading that stuff up there.
So, I wouldn't get too excited nor too worried if I were you.
