Elevenses is something to keep you going between breakfast and lunch. Tea and buns or biscuits is traditional, but coffee and cake are perfectly acceptable

Today’s route involved a short segment of gravel so I got Chuck off the rack. Chuck was my gravel grinder until I got the VO so he’s been languishing and gathering some non gravel road dust. He answered the bell when called though and it was a nice ride in muggy, but cooler weather.
