I just got this Cannondale tourer yesterday. The serial number says it was made in July 1989, but the color and equipment look more like a 1990 ST400. It has several non-original parts, including 27 inch front wheel and 700 rear, but the frame should clean up nice. It also has front fork mounts for the pair of Blackburn Custom Lowrider racks I bought by mistake last year.
