The allez seems more fun/ lighter bike nimble bike.
the 'numbers' are so close its meaningless... 'ride manners' are however your personal feel of each bike. Id pick the one i liked best... 'comfort' can be a very much 'tire' thing also... if any of the bikes come with 25 or 23 width, consider going to 28 when you do tire replacement. For your size, it would make a difference... don't pump any tire too hard.. won't be faster, certainly not more comfortable...
