The listings are
MB-2: $300, XO-2: $325
You're always gonna pay the Bridgestone Tax if you buy in the Twin Cities, but I think the XO-2 is the better value of the two choices. I think a 90's MB-2 could easily be worth what they're asking (especially one with the elegant bi-plane fork crown), but the '87 is listed in the catalog at a tanky 29.5 pounds. I also think the chain stay brake, color scheme, and black plastic pedals hurts its desirability. This is being sold by the Inver Grove Heights flipper. He tends to use tire-shine, so watch out for slippery tread. I wonder if the photo background means he has some sort of thrift store bike hook-up since he has a lot of fresh inventory.
The XO-2 has nicer components and in pearl white, it's lookin' right. I'm not crazy about the comfort "upgrades" like the suspension seatpost and stem, but it'd still be my pick. But you still have to test-ride it. I know the moustache bars disagree with some people's wrists.
