Yep. I've been back on the bike for almost 2 years after being off it for 15. I'll never find the fitness I had in my early-30s, but I'm enjoying feeling good on the bike again.
Well, singlespeeding up in them thar hills will getcha strong, fast! I'm 61 and while I usually bring some gears for these mountains these days, I still use my ss for that unique workout you get from using just one gear. It's like a gym on 2 wheels, but more fun
