Colombus Neuron, which is for sure high end steel for the frame.
I purchased it because I like a lot the paint job on it, Campagnolo chorus, Specialité TA, Mavic rims , ....
Not totally vintage, around 1995, but a very beautiful bike. Not very common, even here in france.
