Update --> I ordered a pack of luer lock syringes from amazon. $7 for 10 syringes. I replaced the tubing with some scrap gas leaf blower tubing I had laying around. I used the old parts from my bleed kit. The syringes worked like a charm!!!

This time around, I'm cleaning the syringes out with warm water after I use them.
