Solution I've used more than once when credentials change
- Close all apps on computer and V650, disconnect all USB ports from computer
- Turn off all nearby Bluetooth devices, including other Polar devices and phones
- Delete Polar synch app from computer
- Delete Bonjour app from computer
- Restart computer
- Restart V650
- Re-load Polar synch app (when it does so, it asks to reload Bonjour, do it)
- Plug in V650 to computer directly, no other USB plugged in
- Polar flow sych app recognizes V650
- Computer signs into Polar Flow App Account
- V650 synchs fine
Hope it works for you. Love my V650 except when I cannot synch
I online had to do step 4 (close apps when asked), 7 (Just restart polar sync) 8 (other usb allowed). Then 9, 10 11 works too.
