Update!!

The lever does not push all the way now. It stops about half way.

The FD does not move at all

The cable is still VERY tight .I think loosening the cable at the FD would be the way to start.


How would I remove the cable head if I do not loosen the cable first ???


I have never done this before so a step by step guide would be great if one is available.

Again...greatly appreciate the help
