Update!!!

I took to the bike shop and owner said it's the return that's an issue.

We cut the cable to see what the issue was

He does not know campy that well.

Looked up in the computer and there are like 28 parts to the shifter !!!!!


Any Campy experts know what part I need?

Is there such a thing as a "return spring" ?
