I had a oops 10 years ago and bought a Bontrager one the same. One ride and it was gonzo. Hated the damn frame attachments too. They haven't changed either,
AFAIK.
You calibrate at home by taking measurements and doing a little math. Checked it against road mile markers. If anything it was undereporting.
I don’t know what happened that day in the Berkshires. Maybe some sort of electrical interference? The unit is wireless. Had never happened before and hasn’t happened since.
BTW...Also notice my PGS--Paper Guidance System--device. Never needs charging.
