AFAIK all the previous mentions have been for either Belgian-made Diamant or the less common (older and not as nice) East German Diamant.
I never saw one "Made in France" as this one appears to be, but aside from the Mavic rims it appears to be generally low-mid range: fake "531" tubing decal I bet points to common mild steel. But just guessing, here. Brakeset could be "interesting"...is it CLB? Seller calls them out as "Mafac", but...dunno 'bout that!
