A wheelset for under $100 that is still safe and solid?
I dunno if that's possible.

There was a thread earlier called "anybody need wheels" or something that linked to some site that had Formula/Mavic wheelset for $125 and that was a pretty sweet deal.

But, at $125, you'll still need $30 for cog and lockring.
