Decent wheels can be had for $125-150 new, most Rigida's you will find are usually the worse for wear this far down the line, I have several that may still be serviceable but will only get used for display and are all very/too narrow for regular use nowadays.
Tough thing is that I really only need one 27x1-1/4 blue label rim to complete a set...already have a rear wheel and front hub to match left from a different project. I'm sure something will turn up, and I feel a set of vintage French alloys will really complete the build.
