The City finally got off its sorry ass and cleared/graded some of the streets on the way in to work. No near-death experiences whatsoever, but that means I need extra caffeine to replace last week's adrenaline. My wife even rode in with me today to test out her new Sugoi jacket. She did well, although she was a little slow off the lights. It was -13C on the way in, and a mini-blizzard started up about halfway through the ride. The high for today is +9C, and the overnight low will be back to -13C. That's a 20-degree swing in less than 24 hours. I expect the streets to be pure ice by tomorrow morning. Wheeee!
