My son is looking for new carbon wheels for his Tarmac with rim brakes. He asked me whether it is worth it to buy a premium brand like Zipp or Enve, or if he'd do well to save some money and buy less expensive wheels. There are a lot of really good wheels on the market -- you can usually find something top tier at a good price.
