From the pics, you have the wheel in the very rear of the dropout slot. Is there a reason for this? Per the attached Shimano spec, the axle should be forward of the rear derailleur mounting point. See the X dimension and chart. This change should effectively make your chain longer. May need to adjust the B screw for proper large cog clearance.
