Just need a sanity check that I've got all the parts for these levers, which seem to be Pinarello pantograph C-Record Syncro II from early 90's according to velobase. And if I do have all the parts, is there a secret to getting the ratchet part on the right lever to seat down properly? It seems the springs are in the way, but I don't know how to move them while I'm dropping in the ratchet.

Velobase image. Based on the levers I have in hand, the large plastic washer on the right goes with the left lever, correct? And there's no plastic washer on the right lever, because it uses the brass colored metal washer instead?
