Biemmezeta made frames for Palo Alto. The bottom bracket should have a BMZ on it. If that was local, I would buy it in a heart beat for $200. If it is listed at $375, it is still a deal. If that could be delivered to me for $375, I would take it. My son had a Perfomance frame built by BMZ. I have one of their branded frames. Not a well known builder, but they make very good riding bikes.
