Better photos would help (these are not your photos, I assume), but it looks as if the chrome on the upper part of the fork may not be polished. Hard to say for sure, though, unless and until you can examine the actual bike.

By the way, my Double Blue takes a 26.0 seatpost. There was some inconclusive discussion (how many discussions around here are anything but inconclusive?) about that a few years back, which I had forgotten about until just now:

26.0 seat tube on Dawes frame = what tubing?
