Yes. As others have stated, get all the surfaces the bearing cartridges will touch very clean before installing the new bearing cartridges. And if you haven’t taken a treadless stem off before, when reinstalling make sure to tighten down the cap before tighten the pinch bolts for the stem that hold it to the steerer. It can be a bit awkward, but it is not hard to do. Good luck.
