That is a lot. I don't eat/drink that much on a century. I usually eat half a bar/hour, and about half a bottle/hour. People say you should eat 1 bar and 1 bottle/hour but that seems like too much for me. YMMV.

However, if I don't drink enough (for instance on really hot days), I get a headache a couple of hours after the ride that doesn't go away the rest of the day.
