I’m the only one in the house that drinks coffee and I never do milk drinks. Seattle Coffee Gear suggested a Rancilio with a pre-installed PID. I’m extremely happy and it was way cheaper than I was willing to spend.
Direct plumbing would be great. I could get behind that, for sure.

Yeah, whenever I do upgrade, it's gotta be plumbed, have a rotary pump, dual boilers with great steam power and really good temp stability. Volumetric, like the Vivaldi, or flow profiling would be nice bonuses. Lookin' magnificent, like the Linea Mini, would be nice, too
I think I'm done with E61s and I know I'm done with vibe pumps and filling a reservoir.
