Congrats indeed! I just read an article touting what we already know, but going beyond with new studies showing that, even if one isn’t losing weight (as some desire), they get the same health benefits - reduced risk of cancer, heart disease, lowered cholesterol, longer life, etc., etc., etc. In fact, it just seams downright dangerous
not to ride a bike! (It didn’t say anything about n+1…)
