I got my soma frame and fork separately, the fork is tange, and the frame is 631. Dunno if they were different production years, or if the forks were always tange.

Tubeset issues are tricky, because there are lots of different 631 tubesets with different thicknesses, but all 631. I'd imagine that the same goes for tange and decaddi
