people send you unsolicited frames in the mail for no reason? How do I get on that list?

I looked into the BB shell at the bottom of the downtube and there is "spiraling" in there. The frame weighs 1930 grams on my scale and is a 58cm frame. The dropouts seem to be unmarked. Can anyone tell me what I have, what year (ish) and what it may have been original equipped with. My guess is a Euro market only frame but that's only a guess.

Thanks guys

If you don’t like it you can send it my way.
