About two weeks ago I met a guy online looking at my 64cm Trek 420 I had for sale. I mentioned that I was about 6'5" and the bike was set up for me (to give him reference as he said he was tall). He replied that he was 6'9"! I then told him I'd be happy to show the 420, but that I also have a taller bike that would likely fit him better, and that I'd bring it to show him as well. Well, I sold my Fuji del Rey rain bike out from under me, changing out my components for the ones on the 420. I knew it would look good, and I had always wanted to do a modernized STI build of a huge frame for someone, but it looked
good. I am/was a bit jealous! He was pumped about it though and loved the way it looked, and best of all, it fit him. The bike is photographed a week ago, just before sale, set up for the new/current owner. It rides so well!
