Wall storage is easy, especially if you have significant saddle-to-bar drop, then you can put the hooks at the same height and there's no interference. You can space the hooks about 2" wider than you handlebars.

It's storage on the floor that's the problem. I have to pass each successive bike's top tube under the drops of the last one. BUT, this way I can keep 9 bikes in the corner.

Then I got a 10th bike. Now I have to leave one on the trainer....
