Bikes: Trek 4300 X 2. Trek 1000, Trek 6000

I'm an entry level sort of guy because, well...............I'm cheap. I could afford better bikes, but spend most of my money on replacing worn out stuff and accessories. I have two Trek 4300's that i gave very little for. One is still pretty much stock (except for saddle and derailleur) while the other has an upgraded derailleur, shifters, fork, wheels, tires etc.

On my upgraded Trek i have put a little over 8000 miles on. The other 4300 i have around 6000 on. I also bought an entry level Trek 1000 last April which now has 3000 miles on it. So I'm the King of Entry Level. Shoot Me! I started riding in August of 2003.

Anybody else riding entry level bikes a lot of miles? Most everyone i know has more expensive bikes and rides less.
