700c, rim break, going to be a Shimano 2x9 speed. Tires I would like to run 25-28 range. I don't need anything in any hurry but just watching for a steal of a deal. I am just watching all the auction and resale websites, the others marketplaces. Just never heard of the bucky wheels LOL.
The Vision Team 30 Comp wheels are decent. Nothing super special but hand built, not ridiculously heavy, sealed cartridge bearings and aero spokes so some performance benefits there. Plus it can handle 11 speed so has some future-ness to it.
