There are some things that are just a result of lack of insight, like the fire in Reception being a pain because there is a huge extractor in the kitchen 30 m away, powerful enough to suck the air back down the flue in certain circumstances. Because it's all new we're learning about the quirks every day, but it's still a darned fine place to work...
