With that kind of pressure loss Darth Lefty nails the main problem. Weight will not be an issue and 32c tires are more than up to the task of your weight, I ride 23c tires and I weight more than you and your bags. I've even run 28c with me and touring gear and still never had problems so don't worry about weight with a 32c.
