I am on may parents' dining room table. Family doctor made a house call to examine me a day or two after I was brought home. I have an 8"x10" print of it at home that I know I scanned. Just have to find it.
We saw Dr. Whitney for many years. He had a practice in an office below his house on Walnut around 58th.
